Position: Full-time Family or Internal Medicine Physician in a community health/outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with policies and regulations
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum three years’ experience in community health
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Basic computer proficiency and competency in clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic business English, spelling, and punctuation
- Cultural competence in working with diverse populations
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
