We’re looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in Aurora, Colorado. You’ll care for patients of all ages, provide evidence-based treatment, and help patients stay healthy through prevention, education, and coordinated care.
What you’ll do
- Deliver full-scope primary and family medicine care across the lifespan.
- Perform health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in line with best-practice guidelines.
- Provide preventive care, screenings, wellness counseling, and patient education.
- Create individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the care team.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and foster a positive patient experience.
Who we’re looking for
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family) or Physician Assistant.
- Background in primary care or family medicine; at least 2 years of primary care experience preferred.
- Current, unrestricted Colorado license (NP or PA) and valid DEA registration.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and patients.
Compensation & benefits
- Salary: $115,000-$120,000 plus bonuses.
