Schedule
- Three weekdays per week (Mon–Fri) between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (schedule set with clinic)
- One weekend every other week: Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
- Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
- Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in a primary care setting
- Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
- Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes
- Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
- Manage volume of ~2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
- Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Salary : $230,000 - $280,000
