Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient) — Atlanta Area, Flexible Schedule, No Call

Join a growing outpatient team in Atlanta, Georgia, where you’ll provide patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We’re looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values high-quality, comprehensive care and wants a flexible schedule—extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call duties.

Locations: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, and Tyrone

Schedule:

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in the primary care setting
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of roughly 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits:

• $230,000–$280,000 base plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as noted)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care
