Faculty responsibilities:
- Supervise and teach residents during clinic and academic sessions
- Help arrange resident rotations to meet program goals and accreditation standards

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completed an approved residency program in Family Medicine
- Board certified
- DEA and CPR certification
- Valid Indiana medical license

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
