What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality family medicine care across all ages in an outpatient clinic.
- Perform thorough clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records consistent with clinic policies and standards.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families to support positive health outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in community health.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Cultural competency and comfort working with patients from diverse backgrounds and social circumstances.
- Demonstrated clinical skills and familiarity with standard clinical methods and techniques.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and the public.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license.
