Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of services
- Use virtual care tools and modern technology to enhance access and follow-up
- Educate patients on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness
Compensation & benefits
- Salary: $135,000-$290,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience in outpatient primary care or similar clinical settings
- Active, unrestricted DEA license (must be maintained throughout employment)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; BLS must be obtained via an approved in-person or blended course (CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted)
