Key responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to support health education and adherence
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license and valid DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum three years’ experience in community health (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Cultural competency and ability to interact respectfully with diverse populations
- Proficiency with basic clinical workflows and electronic records
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
