- Value-based care model focused on quality outcomes
- Monday-Friday schedule; some clinics offer extended hours
- Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and clinic team
- Reports to clinical leadership
Compensation & benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $240,000
- Up to 20% annual performance bonus
- $1,250/month per supervised Nurse Practitioner
- Sign-on bonus eligible

Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
- Perform comprehensive assessments, histories, and risk evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver preventive care and patient education
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
- Maintain punctuality to keep clinic schedule on time
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
- Active Texas medical license; DEA in good standing
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
