We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established, well-supported team serving Rock Island, IL, with additional clinics in Bettendorf, IA and Moline, IL — all about a 15-minute commute from one another. Compensation: $549,000
What you’ll do
- Provide acute adult urologic care in a high-functioning, facility-based environment.
- Perform surgeries with dedicated block time in the OR.
- Work alongside experienced urologists and full-time advanced practice providers (APPs).
- Ensure continuity of care across outpatient clinics and inpatient services.
Schedule & locations
- 14–16 working days per month, with schedules posted 90 days in advance to allow predictable planning.
- Primary hospital base in Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics in Bettendorf, IA and Moline, IL.

Requirements
