- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
-Make Sales Calls, Sales visits (B2B)
-Price items on the showroom floor
-Additional duties set by the General Manager/Regional Manager
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in business development and technology sales
- Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Technical sales background is preferred but not required
