Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and personalized service
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their goals
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and promote our offerings
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to reconnect with prospects and expand our customer base
- Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress, forecast revenue, and optimize outreach efforts
- Provide insightful analysis of account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Any additional duties that may be needed to help contribute to a successful team environment.
- Field visits to regain communication with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or account management within a technology or business services environment
- Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding client portfolios
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and how they can be leveraged to drive sales growth
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales, especially related to technology products or services
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work the schedule created by the General Manager
- 21 years of age with a valid drivers license.
