Aaron Enterprises, Inc., an established underground construction contractor, is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to support utility installation and trenchless operations across regional projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate track excavators and related heavy equipment on utility construction sites
- Perform excavation, material handling, loading/unloading, and rigging
- Execute deep excavations using trench boxes, shoring systems, and sheeting
- Maintain safe excavation practices, including protection of personnel and existing utilities
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all site safety requirements
- Work closely with field supervision to complete work safely and efficiently
- **5 years of excavator or heavy equipment operating experience**
- Ability to read plans and adapt to field conditions
- Strong safety awareness and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in trenchless construction methods
- **Prior welding experience is a plus. If there is no experience, willingness to learn the welding trade.**
- CDL Class A (preferred, not required)
- **Ability to travel to construction sites within the region, NY, PA, NJ, WV, TN, MI, VA, MA as required**.
- **Overnight stays more than 75% of the time.**
