Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Order Processing Rep II/Fulfillment Associate, is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by processing legal and business documents, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements, resolving inquiries, and supporting both Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions.

Skill / Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and demands effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent data entry, time management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and problem-solve under pressure
• Familiarity with legal or corporate document handling is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Process state or customer documents accurately and in accordance with standard operating procedures using proprietary platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• Review and submit legal filings, document retrievals, incorporations, and formations
• Receive, scan, forward, and manage the retention of legal Service of Process (SOP) documents
• Ensure requests are compliant with state/jurisdictional regulations
• Resolve or escalate issues promptly; follow requests through to completion and keep stakeholders updated
• Provide training and consultative support to customers, team members, or vendors
• Collaborate with team members to onboard process changes or new policies
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with reporting
• Support special project work as assigned
• Create and update process documentation as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
