Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate, you will be integral in ensuring the accurate and timely processing and shipment of customer orders. You will assist with order entry, administration, and fulfillment processes while ensuring high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input customer orders into the system.
- Perform administrative tasks related to order processing and fulfillment.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain and organize operational documents and records.
- Provide basic support for demand planning under supervision.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proficient in using order entry software and databases.
- Strong ability to maintain accuracy in processing orders and handling sensitive customer data.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and handling customer inquiries.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with team members to achieve company goals.
- Knowledge of conducting inventory checks and maintaining proper documentation.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation of operational processes.
