They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.What You’ll Do:•Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.•Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.•Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.•Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.•Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.•Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.•Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
