Warehouse Associate - Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Core responsibilitiesSite preparation: Cleaning the work area, removing debris, and setting up the job site.Material handling: Loading, unloading, and carrying lumber, tools, and other building materials.Tool and equipment operation: Using hand and power tools, and assisting with the operation of larger equipment.Material preparation: Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials according to instructions.Assisting carpenters: Holding pieces in place during assembly, securing materials, and performing basic repairs.Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment. Key skills and requirementsPhysical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in demanding conditions.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.Understanding of safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
