About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions that empower business operations. This role combines technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to deliver a seamless Salesforce experience across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Copilot for Salesforce and AI-assisted tools to improve development speed, code quality, and requirements gathering.
- Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for deployment and maintenance.
- Maintain clear documentation of customizations, APIs, and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce Copilot or similar AI tools for enhanced productivity.
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.
