What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. PMO Analyst (Must live in the Philly area) W-2 position at A2C?
The PMO Analyst position is an entry-level position (1-3 years’ experience) under the Tech and Tools team would be primarily responsible for support ticket assessment and completion, data entry, and data compliance.
This person would be assigned support ticket tasks including but not limited to, access requests, project setup/shutdown, and general support trouble shooting/questions.
The ideal candidate would be detail oriented, take ownership/initiative, willing to learn and grow within the role, and have a general understanding of support tickets.
We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years’ experience for this entry level role.
