We are seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead ICU and CSU units, providing clinical, operational, and people leadership. The role ensures high-quality patient care, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee ICU/CSU clinical operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery
- Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and collaboration aligned with hospital mission and values
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to ensure quality care and budget adherence
- Drive patient flow, quality outcomes, and core measure compliance
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop high-performing nursing teams
- Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable through performance management and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and evidence-based practice standards
- Address employee and patient concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees as required

Qualifications
─────────────────────────── - BSN required; MSN preferred
- Current RN license in Texas
- 3–5 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in acute care
- BLS and ACLS required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with service excellence culture, staffing optimization, and budget management
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission)
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- ARDCS or CCI certification preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
