We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The CNA will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient well-being, and supporting the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
This position follows an every-other-weekend and A/B Holiday schedule and assignments will be based at the Wayne Center.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
Support medication administration under supervision
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transitions
