Fast Food Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service and eager to provide excellent customer experiences in a quick service environment. Prior experience in food preparation, cashiering, or restaurant operations is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn. As a Crew Member, you will be essential in maintaining efficient restaurant operations, ensuring food safety, and delivering friendly service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their selections.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during busy periods.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
