Project Review
- Filling out construction permits
- Setting up Inspections
- Managed procurement and distribution of Certificates of Insurance for projects
Miscellaneous
- Answer Phones and Answer Questions from other Coworkers
- Prepare FedEx Shipments
- Manage incoming company mail
- Assist with office daily Tasks
- Organize files and important information so it's easy-to-access
- Keep up-to-date with our Social Media Accounts
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 3-year experience in Admin
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Invoicing
- Must be Organized, Efficient and Willing to Learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
