Job Brief

  • Assistant to the Owner
  • Clerical Duties
  • Manage Small Real Estate Portfolio

Secretarial/Assistant Duties

  • Setting Up Appointments for CEO
  • Compile marketing material for sales people
  • Communication/follow up with clients
  • Updating potential client list
  • Job File Management
  • State Paperwork–permits and requirements

A Good Administrative Assistant Should:

  • Be an effective communicator
  • Be organized—-be ready for any question anybody throws at you
  • Be a team player—ready to assist and uplift coworkers, be a leader

Project Review

  • Filling out construction permits
  • Setting up Inspections
  • Managed procurement and distribution of Certificates of Insurance for projects

Miscellaneous

  • Answer Phones and Answer Questions from other Coworkers
  • Prepare FedEx Shipments
  • Manage incoming company mail
  • Assist with office daily Tasks
  • Organize files and important information so it's easy-to-access
  • Keep up-to-date with our Social Media Accounts

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-year experience in Admin
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Invoicing
  • Must be Organized, Efficient and Willing to Learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
