Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in various office software and tools is highly desirable. Available shifts will be mainly weekends, with some available shifts through out the week as well.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support office operations
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Assisting Owner in daily tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Experience in customer service or support roles is essential
- Excellent organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
