- Lead care delivery: launch new cases and personally introduce permanent caregivers to clients and families.
- Provide direct support: assist with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, light exercises, meal prep, housekeeping, errands, shopping, and medication reminders.
- Coach & train caregivers: deliver onboarding, skills refreshers, and real‑time feedback to ensure excellence in client care.
- Maintain quality & safety: complete home‑safety assessments and routine quality‑assurance visits; document updates and escalate concerns to the Care Manager.
- Serve on the on‑call rotation: triage caregiver call‑outs, fill urgent shifts, and resolve client or family concerns after hours.
- Promote client satisfaction: build trusting relationships, provide companionship, and uphold our highest standards of dignity and respect.
- 1 year of experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA, or similar role—supervisory duties a plus
- Proven ability to lead, educate, and inspire caregiving teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift / transfer clients and adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and comfort using mobile apps / EMR systems
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical—professional in every scenario
