Description:
We are hiring an experienced Construction Coordinator to join our extraordinary team full-time in our Long Beach Island office. The Construction Coordinator will direct activities related to our construction contracts and handle all aspects of running the job.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Supervisors, Service Manager and Operations Manager with the coordination of the project which include:
· Contracts
· Bidding
· Negotiation
· Submittals
· RFIs
Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
· Asana, Bluebeam and Procore a plus
· 2 years of experience in a similar role
· Communication skills and vendor relations are essential in this position
· Must be organized
· Reliability is essential
· Strong attention to detail
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license
· Background check
