We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a structured, detail-driven setting and understands the bigger picture behind production and order fulfillment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage assigned customer accounts in a B2B environment
- Process and enter orders accurately into CRM/ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Coordinate with internal teams to support production, scheduling, and delivery timelines
- Provide shipping updates, tracking details, and order status
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure clear, proactive communication from order placement through delivery
- Support inventory and material planning awareness to better serve customer needs
What You Bring
- 3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment (required)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP or similar strongly preferred)
- Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with shipping terms and processes
- Understanding of basic production workflows (scheduling, inventory, material planning)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on details
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
