Job Description

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to our local office (CT) and work closely with Suppression Manager to ensure top-tier service. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys engaging with customers, suppliers, and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to a high volume of customer calls and emails
• Assist customers walk in customers
• Support daily operations and field technicians as a key team member
• Serve as a key liaison between customers and service technicians
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries effectively
• Collaborate with a team-oriented office environment
