What You'll Do
As a Janitorial Supervisor, you'll help ensure our teams consistently deliver outstanding service across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting nightly cleaning operations
- Traveling between multiple buildings to ensure quality standards are met
- Training, coaching, and assisting janitorial team members
- Performing routine quality inspections and follow-up audits
- Assisting with cleaning duties when necessary
- Managing supplies and communicating inventory needs
- Addressing customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensuring employees follow company policies and safety procedures
- Communicating schedules, updates, and expectations clearly
- Supporting staffing coverage and operational needs
- Creating a positive, productive, and accountable work environment
- Prior janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to travel locally between multiple customer locations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Stable work history
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
