What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations and keep everything running smoothly
- Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at a high level
- Perform quality inspections and ensure top service standards
- Step in and work alongside your team when needed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
- Track labor hours and help stay on budget
- Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures)
- Handle issues quickly and professionally
- Run quick team huddles and support weekly planning with management
- Identify team members ready for growth and promotion
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Great communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Experience in janitorial/facility services is a plus
- Reliable transportation clean driving record
