Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations leader to serve as Area Vice President of Operations for a multi-site skilled nursing organization. This executive-level role partners closely with senior regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational performance, and ensure long-term growth and sustainability across multiple skilled nursing facilities located in OH,MI,PA,IN,KY.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Division and Regional leadership to develop and execute strategic operational plans across multiple facilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards
- Support and mentor Administrators/Executive Directors to drive accountability, engagement, and results
- Collaborate on budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to meet revenue and expense targets
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve operational and financial performance
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements for skilled nursing facilities
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient care, quality outcomes, and survey readiness
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between clinical, operational, and support teams
- Drive census growth, referral development, and community partnerships
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing-long-term care operations
- Proven experience overseeing multiple facilities or regions
- Strong understanding of SNF regulations, survey processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance
