Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote health and safety in every environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service visits.
- Manage janitorial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities in larger facilities or hospitality settings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor waxing; experience with commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities; prior hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous.
