NOW HIRING – Cleaning Technician

Position Details:
- W2 Employee
- 30–40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
- No nights or weekends
Pay:
- Starting at $15/hr
- Increase to $18/hr within 90 days based on performance
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
(No theft, burglary, or sexual misconduct)
- Ability to pass a drug test (THC excluded)
Physical Requirements:
This is an active, physically demanding role.
You must be able to:
- Stand, bend, kneel, and move for up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Carry items up to 3 flights of stairs
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

You will be working in clients’ homes — trust, integrity, and professionalism are essential.
