JoyWork is looking for a Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team! We're a women-owned cleaning company built on hard work, heart, and community — and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves making a difference in people's homes and lives.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality residential cleaning services for our clients' homes
- Follow JoyWork's cleaning standards and checklists to deliver a consistent, top-notch experience every time
- Represent JoyWork with professionalism, warmth, and care in every home you enter
Schedule & Flexibility
- Work 2–3 days a week
- Choose your hours: 6–25 hours a week depending on what works for you
- Flexible scheduling that works around your life — not the other way around

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
- A phone with active cell service (required)
