What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional House Cleaner position at Kinkaid Cleaning?
We are a small, eco-friendly, residential cleaning company that services Wichita Kansas and the surrounding areas. We are an owner-operated business. We are looking to expand, and hire responsible, hard-working ladies or gentlemen.
Ideal candidates will have previous cleaning experience as we are looking to add someone to our team who is immediately able to jump in help out!
The schedule for this job will be flexible to begin with, our hours of operation are 9-4:30 M-F. We are currently looking for 1 Part-Time position with the opportunity to increase to Full-Time, if desired and if our schedule allows. Ideal part-time hours are Monday full days, morning availability throughout the week, and miscellaneous coverage for team members when they are out. This is all flexible as the schedule allows.
NO nights, NO weekends, NO holidays required! There are opportunities for evenings or weekends if desired though. Paid time off after working Full-Time with us for 6 months.
Upon hiring, you will go through a trial/training period during which you will be paid hourly. We continue to pay hourly whether you move on to a part-time or full-time role.
As a residential cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning houses solo or with another team member(s). Please be able to work and communicate well with others.
Job Duties
- Clean houses with eco-friendly solutions.
- Vacuum/sweep/mop hardwood floors and carpet.
- Clean bathrooms
- Place fresh linens on bed (as needed)
- Empty wastebaskets and take out trash
- Dust tables, wall art, wood surfaces, and shelves
- Clean kitchen
- Normal house cleaning duties
