JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personality: Interact with clients warmly and professionally, representing MaidPro Wichita with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliability: Arrive punctually at client locations and complete cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, demonstrating reliability and dependability in every service.
• Integrity: Conduct all cleaning duties with honesty and integrity, respecting clients' privacy and property while maintaining confidentiality.
• Detail Oriented: Pay meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of cleaning, ensuring no corner is overlooked and each home shines with cleanliness and freshness.
• Efficiency: Work efficiently and effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes, optimizing productivity without compromising quality.
• Follow cleaning checklists and procedures provided by MaidPro Wichita to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate any special client requests, concerns, or issues to the Operations Assistant or In-Field Trainer promptly for resolution.
• Embrace feedback and coaching from In-Field Trainers to continually enhance cleaning skills and uphold MaidPro Wichita's standards of excellence.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward cleaning and customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as scheduled.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to MaidPro Wichita's cleaning methods and procedures.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
