Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate I to support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. The associate will assist with pallet movement, package handling, loading/unloading activities, quality checks, and general warehouse duties while adhering to safety and security protocols.
While onsite, the associate will be partnered with a full-time employee (FTE) due to building security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove boxes from the conveyor belt and place them onto designated pallets
- Shrink-wrap completed pallets for shipment
- Use a pallet jack to move pallets and load trailers when required
- Move pallets throughout the enclosed dock area
- Enter trailers using a pallet jack to pull and stage materials for receiving
- Place received products in assigned warehouse locations
- Perform package quality checks to ensure shipping labels are properly placed
- Use box cutters to break down packaging materials and dispose of recyclables properly
- Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping operations
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with all safety procedures
- Support inventory counts and discrepancy investigations as needed

Physical Requirements

- Ability to maintain productivity standards and handle stressful situations when necessary
