Must live within 30 miles away from the facility
5 shifts includes weekends, holidays
Interview patients, collect and input demographics and insurance information into the computer. Establish patient record with demographic, financial, and insurance allocation information; identifies insurance codes; obtain consents; obtain authorizations. Answer phones, Customer Service. Collaborates with schedule in the department to meet scheduling needs. May perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent
