We are currently seeking an internal candidate to fill a Front Window Dispatcher position within the Dispatch department. This role is essential to daily operations and plays a key part in coordinating service, supporting operators, and ensuring on-time performance across routes.

Position Overview
The Front Window Dispatcher is responsible for managing and supporting daily dispatch operations, including:
- Coordinating and distributing routes
- Monitoring and adjusting service throughout the day for efficiency and accuracy
- Communicating with operators via phone and radio
- Supporting drivers with route issues, directions, and real-time needs
- Tracking attendance, callouts, and schedule compliance
- Preparing and distributing required daily reports
- Handling incidents and documenting activity appropriately
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and consistent, professional communication.
Training & Schedule Expectations
Selected candidates must be available to complete a 6-week rotating training schedule:
- Weeks 1–2: Morning Shift (3:15 AM – 10:00 AM)
- Weeks 3–4: Mid-Day Shift (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Weeks 5–6: Closing Shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM)
Post-training shifts will be assigned based on operational needs and may include:
- Mid-Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Mid-Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Closing Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Weekend availability is required with no exceptions. Candidates must be flexible and able to work across shifts as needed.
