Position Title: Client Services Specialist II
Pay: $16.79
Location: Franklin, TN 37064 (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central
Hybrid Schedule: In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | Work from home Monday and Friday
Assignment Dates: 02/02/26 – 08/03/26
Assignment Type: Temporary to Perm (opportunity to extend or convert to permanent based on business needs)
Position Summary
The Client Services Specialist II is responsible for credentialing-focused work that includes reviewing, validating, and maintaining provider and producer information in credentialing databases. This role supports agent onboarding, license verification, and data integrity through detailed research and accurate system updates. The position is production-based, detail-oriented, and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and validate provider/producer information against credentialing and business requirements
- Maintain accurate records within credentialing databases and resolve data integrity issues
- Process agent onboarding contracts
- Verify insurance licenses and add required appointments
- Work directly with agents to ensure records are complete, accurate, and fully validated
- Conduct research and analysis of sensitive provider/producer information
- Utilize multiple systems and external websites to verify and confirm accuracy
- Communicate professionally through emails, letters, and memos
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Insurance knowledge (preferred/plus)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work reliably, prudently, and tactfully with confidential information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agents, providers, management, and external contacts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet-based systems
- Comfort participating in Microsoft Teams interviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree
- Prior experience in credentialing, onboarding, or compliance-related roles
Additional Information for Candidates
- Contract duration: 6 months; extensions require internal approval
- Training includes onsite equipment pickup on Day 1
- No drug test required
- No fingerprinting required
- Not a patient-facing role
- Onsite attendance required as scheduled for hybrid work model
