Client Services Specialist II
Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Work from home Monday & Friday; onsite Tuesday–Thursday
Pay Rate: $16.79/hour

Position Summary
The Client Services Specialist II supports credentialing and onboarding processes by reviewing, validating, and maintaining provider/producer information in credentialing databases. This role is detail-oriented and production-focused, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
This position involves document review, data entry, and verification activities to ensure records meet business and credentialing requirements. No data analysis is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and validate provider/producer information against credentialing and business requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within credentialing databases
- Process agent onboarding contracts
- Verify insurance licenses and add appointments as required
- Work directly with agents to ensure all records are complete and properly validated
- Research and resolve data integrity issues
- Utilize multiple internal systems and external websites to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (required)
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (emails, letters, memos)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work prudently and tactfully with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and internet-based systems
- Comfort participating in Microsoft Teams interviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree
- Insurance knowledge or prior experience in insurance-related roles

- Contract Duration: 6 months (extensions require internal approval)
- Training: Onsite equipment pickup on Day 1
