Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to prospective customers
- Engage in effective communication and negotiation to address customer questions and objections
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximize engagement and conversion
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies such as warm calling and outbound calling campaigns
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively during all customer interactions
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, especially B2B (business-to-business) or telemarketing roles, is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence diverse customers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection positively
- Demonstrated experience in technology or technical sales is a plus
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward business development and outreach efforts
