Requirements:Primary Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers, including greeting and welcome customers, setting the tone for a positive customer experience and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)
- Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls timely
- Screens calls and takes messages
- Texts salespersons to inform of a waiting customer
- Maintains orderly sales area, waiting and breakrooms
- Orders brochures when supplies are low
- Checks mail and routes to General Manager
- Mails tags for Title Clerks
- Updates lists
- Assembles customer goody bags
- Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day
- Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to use telephone
- Ability to maintain effective and positive relationships with dealership personnel
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Experience in an RV or auto dealership preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
