The Sales Consultant will conduct product demonstrations, follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in the sales system, and support the entire sales process from initial contact through closing. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate RV solutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a positive buying experience and foster repeat business.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain product features, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently.
- Previous experience in retail sales, automotive or RV sales, or related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or sales software is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in sales or business is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely move RV units on the lot as needed.
