In alignment with and support of the Department’s temple ordinance-ready name (ORN) strategy, and in coordination with other stakeholders, the Family History Department Quality Assurance (QA) team:
Responsibilities

Job Description
In alignment with and support of the Department’s temple ordinance-ready name (ORN) strategy, and in coordination with other stakeholders, the Family History Department Quality Assurance (QA) team:
- Defines, communicates, and measures quality frameworks, standards, and metrics
- Recommends and manages process and resource changes in support of quality objectives
Responsibilities
- Ensure processes, projects, systems, management, and culture align with short- and long-term strategic objectives (ORN and other)
- Inform decision-makers of quality matters
- Maximize the production of ORNs and other supporting metrics
- Optimize the use of sacred funds (return on investment)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and ten plus years of experience or a master's degree and eight years of experience, and/or equivalent education and experience.
- Requires cross-functional collaboration within the department
- Requires extensive expertise in product, technology, service, strategy, and business complexities.
- Provides innovative and seasoned direction in area of expertise.
- Exceptional professional skills and experience with a proven track record of completing large complex projects requiring multilateral support and coordination.
- Previous management experience directly managing employees or in a senior project management role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma or similar certification(s)
