This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. If you're a passionate self-starter, Low Voltage Experience (Fire Alarm, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion, and Structured Cabling)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate all project phases, from design through installation and final commissioning.
- Work closely with engineering, design, installation teams, and subcontractors.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, scheduling, and change orders.
- Conduct regular client meetings and project status updates.
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Operational Management
- Procure project materials and manage inventory needs.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and labor resources.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards.
- Technical Oversight
- Review and interpret low voltage system drawings and specifications.
- Ensure installations meet relevant codes, standards, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Provide technical support to installation teams and assist with troubleshooting.
- Financial Management
- Track project costs and maintain budget compliance.
- Manage change orders and project billing in coordination with accounting.
- Forecast labor and material costs for upcoming project phases.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Implement quality control practices to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Ensure all work is performed according to OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Maintain documentation and reporting requirements, including project close-out packages.
