We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, training, compliance, and HR policy administration.
Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations and performance management initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee recognition programs
- Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and open enrollment
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Partner with managers on HR-related matters and employee development
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Salary : $23 - $25
