Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who can work fully on site by the Mahwah NJ area. Will be working closely with the sales department regarding status of accounts, deliveries and checking on inventory for products. Seeking someone who has worked in Manufacturing or Distribution with products.
- Answer inbound calls
- Build rapports to establish potential client relationships
- Timely follow up with Sales Representatives requests or customer requests
- Ability to communicate with customers and Sales Force
- Answer incoming texts, chats and emails on a timely basis
- Strong computer skills, preferably strong Excel skills
Salary : $43,000 - $45,000
