Recruitment & Retention Specialist position requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Human Resources certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Minimum of 2 years working as Recruiter/HR Generalist in health care setting
- Full cycle recruiting experience with large organization
- Strong recruiting skills, sourcing/screening candidates, offer management
- Ability to manage HRIS platform, including job boards and onboarding
- Exemplary organization and time management skills
- Experience utilizing ADP HRIS preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
